Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Process
- Contact customer support via 0322-1220673 (call/WhatsApp) or email info@riley.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.
- After approval you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Return Process
- If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@riley.pk with clear photos of the issue.
- After approval you may choose either an exchange or a store credit. (Refunds are not issued in cash.)
