  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver all across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your city or location.

  • Remote Areas: Orders to remote or rural locations may take additional time.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders across Pakistan (unless otherwise stated during promotions).

  • Any additional charges for special delivery options will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. RILEY will not be responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

    We’ll assist you immediately and work toward a replacement or resolution.

Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping will be announced once available.
