Return & Exchange Policy

At Riley.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, please follow the instructions below for returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Contact customer support via 0322-1220673 (call/WhatsApp) or email info@riley.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.
  • After approval you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Return Process

  • If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@riley.pk with clear photos of the issue.
  • After approval you may choose either an exchange or a store credit. (Refunds are not issued in cash.)

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the product received was faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending returns.
  • Riley.pk reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the policy conditions.
